| In 2007, Kathy Wooldridge was commissioned to execute a design of sandblasted stained glass on a set of doors for the American Embassy in Germany. |
| An intricate sunburst stained glass as well as three other pieces are on show at Blue Skies Gallery until April 25. |

| Ms Wooldridge has received over 55 awards for her stained glass. In addition, in 2002 she was selected to represent the State of Virginia by designing an ornament for the White House Christmas Tree. In 2003 she was selected to design a set of three ornaments for the Virginia Governor's Mansion Christmas Tree. |
